Group Calendar Bridge

The whole group calendar, right in Teams

Teams shows channel meetings only. Group Calendar Bridge adds a tab that shows every event of the team's Microsoft 365 Group calendar, the same calendar that you see in Outlook, in month, week and agenda views.

Set it up for your organization

Finds the calendar for you

Add the tab to a channel. The app reads the team's Microsoft 365 Group and shows its calendar. No URLs, no settings.

Month, week, agenda

Navigate by date, filter by category, refresh on demand. Times show in your time zone, and you can change it.

All the details

Organizer, attendees and their responses, location, recurrence, description, the Teams meeting link, and a link to open the event in Outlook.

Read-only or editable

Team owners choose: a read-only tab for everyone, or a tab where members create and edit events in the group calendar.

Privacy first

Delegated permissions only: people see only calendars they can already open. The app stores no calendar data.

Clear permissions

A built-in permission screen tells which Microsoft Graph permissions are granted, and why each one is needed.

For Microsoft 365 admins

Group calendars in Microsoft Graph need the delegated permission Group.Read.All (read) and, for editing, Group.ReadWrite.All. Both need consent from an admin, once for the organization. Sign in as a Global Administrator, Application Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator, and choose:

Grant read-only accessGrant read and write access

Then install the app from the Teams app store (or upload it to your org catalog), open a team, select + (Add a tab) and choose Group Calendar Bridge.
